Our product range is so extensive we felt that rather than producing the normal listing which is boring, we would just give you a taster of what we are about.
We currently offer 70 different hand made desserts plus a wide range of cakes and tray bakes as well as savoury items such as pies and quiches. Everything we make, from pastry to our sauces, is handmade to order and being a small business we will always try to accommodate special requests. With classic favourites such as lemon meringue pie to more contemporary meringue roulades, there will be something for every taste. From our chocoholics range try a slice of our chocolate, rum and raisin torte and discover why our intensely rich dessert is a winner. Moving to our individual collection you will find many classics such as cherry bakewell, banoffee pie or an elegant strawberry and white chocolate cheesecake hand crafted for a stylish individual dessert perfect for a grand finale.
Our ever popular deep cheesecakes with our own oat crumb base come in many flavours but if you name the flavour, we will make it.

		Moving to our café and tray bake collection you must try one of our incredibly moist and delicious sponge cakes or one of our many different fruit inspired cakes such as our very own Sussex Apple cake. We try to be different, continuously looking for inspiration to introduce new recipes and seasonal specials. We hope this has whet your appetite and a full product guide is available upon request.
