We realised from our own dining experiences that a gap existed in the market for a range of high quality but competitively priced desserts. Only too often a good meal can be spoilt by a frozen mass produced and synthetic tasting after thought! So in December 2004 the Fab Food Company was launched.

With a wealth of catering and management experience and working as a husband and wife team we want to bring a fresh approach and set new standards in a time when customer expectations are ever increasing.

In late 2006 we added a range of cakes, tray bakes and teatime treats all traditionally handbaked with an emphasis on offering some different and more interesting flavours, often seasonally inspired.

Following a move into our purpose built premises in Bognor Regis we developed a retail range which has proved popular with farm shops, convenience stores and delicatessens.
